OUR NEWLY EXPANDED Cardio training area is one of the nicest and most up to date Cardio Fitness Centers in State College. With over 20 new pieces of equipment you will be sure to find something that fits your style. We also upgraded many of the machines with Personal Viewing Screens. If there isn’t a personal viewing screen you will be watching one of our new Flat Screen TV’s.
- EXPRESSO BIKES – No more boring cardio workouts! Our state of the art, EXPRESSO STATIONARY BIKES do it all. It�s like getting into shape and playing a video game. Race your friends, race other people on line. Track your times and much much more.
- TREADMILLS – “NEW” Cybex Treadmills – these new Treadmills come equipped with state of the art Personal Viewing screens. Plug your head phones in and tune into any channel you wish.
- ARC TRAINERS – “NEW” Cybex Arc Trainers – these new Arc Trainers also have “Personal Viewing Screens”
