LionHeart Fitness Center Membership Guidelines

  1. Members agree to follow the LionHeart regulations and guidelines, the violation of which shall give the Club the right to suspend membership. The guidelines are subject to change as the Club deems necessary for the benefit of its membership.
  2. The right to visit the Club for use of its facilities and services is limited to the regular hours when the Club is open, exclusive of holidays.
  3. All exercise and other use of Club facilities by the member(s) are undertaken at their sole risk, and the Club shall not be liable to the member(s), or their heirs or assigns for any injury, claim or cause of action what-so-ever arising out of the members use of services or facilities of the Club, including parking lot, other portions of Club property, and Club sponsored off-premise outings. The member hereby releases the Club, its agents and employees, from all such claims or causes of action.
  4. Members agree to continue membership on a month-to-month basis until LionHeart has received WRITTEN notification of its termination in person or by certified mail, return receipt requested, AT LEAST 31 days PRIOR TO June 1, 2010. OTHERWISE A $49.00 EARLY CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY.
  5. Members agree to maintain Electronic Funds accounts in such a manner that monthly payments will continue uninterrupted until proper termination notice has been given. ANY OVERDRAFT ON A MONTHLY PAYMENT WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC PENALTY FEE ON THE NEXT MONTHLY PAYMENT.
  6. ANY CLAIMS OR DISPUTES OF CHARGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 60 DAYS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION.
